1. Annual PSSE’s Meeting in XIM University, Bhubaneswar
The Annual Meeting of all the Province Secretaries for School Education (PSSEs) with the theme "Charting New Paths: Jesuit School Education in Times of Change and Challenge"was held at XIM University, Bhubaneswar. The meeting was held from 2 to 4 October 2025.
2. Training Programmes
• Immersion programme for the newly recruited teachers of Goa Province Schools: Fr. John Ravi, SJ conducted a two-day immersion programme “Igniting Human Excellence: Formation in Jesuit Education” for the newly recruited teachers of Jesuit Schools at Baga Retreat House, Goa, 26–27 September 2025.
• Leadership Training Programme for Apostolic Carmel Principals: Fr. John Ravi, SJ conducted two-day leadership programme for a group of 30 Apostolic Carmel Principals from all over the world at Carmel Heights, 6–7 October 2025 at Pune.
• One-day seminar on the Encyclical “Dilexit Nos”: Seminar on the Encyclical “Dilexit Nos” by Pope Francis to a group of 25 Maria Bambina Sisters at their Provincialate in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi was held on 15 October 2025.
• Two-days Leadership Training Programme: Leadership Training Programme for a group of 35 Holy Cross Principals of mid-India Province in Raipur, Chhattisgarh was held from 18 to 19 October 2025.
• Seminar for the Students of St. Francis Higher Secondary School, Bilaspur: Fr. John Ravi conducted two days' orientation programmes for the students of Classes VII and XII from 6 to 7 November 2025. The sessions were conducted in different groups. Around 2500 students took part in the programme titled “Becoming Your Best Self: Growth, Values, and Choices”.
• Seminar for the Parents of St. Francis Higher Secondary School, Bilaspur: Fr. John Ravi conducted two days' orientation programmes for the parents of Nursery to Class XII students from 8 to 9 November 2025. Around 3000 parents participated in the programme titled “Responsible Parenting in the context of NEP 2020”.
• Leadership Training for Madhya Pradesh Jesuits: Fr. John Ravi, SJ conducted a one-day Leadership Training programme for all the Madhya Pradesh Jesuit Principals/Headmasters at the MP Jesuit Provincialate, Bilaspur on 10 November 2025.
3. Jesuit Alumni Association of India (JAAI) Meetings
• JAAI North Zone Congress: Fr. John Ravi, SJ attended the JAAI North Zone Congress, "Impact of Jesuit Education in Alumni Networking and Service in an AI World”, as the Chief Guest at St. Xavier’s School, Jaipur on 1 November 2025.
• JAAI Governing Council Meeting: The National Alumni Advisor to JAAI attended the JAAI Governing Council Meeting at St. Xavier’s School, Jaipur on 2 November 2025. Around 20 Governing Council members attended the meeting.
• JAAI West Zone Congress: The JAAI West Zone Congress “Ecology & Sustainable Living” was held at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai from 14 to November 2025. Fr. John Ravi, SJ participated in the Congress and delivered his message during the inaugural function.
